Bayfield Records is the label of the popular Bajan entertainer Mac Fingall, who produces all releases on the label.
Initial releases were on the Pond Side label, but the name was changed to Bayfield in 1987.
The band Square One were named by Mac Fingall and recorded their first LP on Bayfield.
The biggest hits on the label were Red Plastic Bag's "Ragga Ragga" from his "Happiness" album, a huge international hit in 1993/4, and Mac Fingall's "Big Belly Man" from his 1995 LP "Come Go With Me".
The label is still going strong and usually releases albums by Mac Fingall and Red Plastic Bag annually around the time of the Crop Over festival in Barbados (usually in August).
